Registration Procedure
  1. Insert child's SIM Card into the new phone.
  2. Obtain the Activation Number from the NAVFZone Service Pack.
  3. Send the following SMS from the child's phone to 97642794.
    gxsub <space> <controller's mobile number> <space> <activation card number>
    e.g. gxsub 91111111 ABC987654321 (Assume 91111111 is the controller's number)
  4. An SMS reply will be sent to the Controller's mobile phone.

 

Activation Procedure
  1. Go to www.navfzone.com/login.
  2. Read & accept the Terms and Conditions.
  3. NAVFZone credits would be activated.
  4. An email will be sent to the registered email address.
Steps 1 & 2 need to be done only for the first time.

 

Location Query
  1. To locate child phone, send the following SMS from Controller or authorized user's phone to 97642794.
    gx <space> <child mobile number>
    e.g. gx 92222222 (Assume 92222222 is the child number)
  2. An SMS will be sent to your mobile phone:
    NAVFZone Location of <child number>: <Location>.
    e.g. NAVFZone Location of 92222222: SG, Ang Mo Kio, Nanyang Polytechnic Link, NYP - Sch of Chemical And Life Sciences - Blk P. [100 credits remaining]

 

Add Authorized User

NAVFZone allows 5 other authorized users to query the location of the child phone.

  1. Go to www.navfzone.com/login
  2. Login with the password provided in the reply email
  3. Go to 'Settings'
  4. Add Users. Service is available only for Singapore mobile numbers
Authorised Users can start to query the child phone location

 

Credit Top-Up

For each location or any command query, one credit is deducted from your account. Credit balances are also included in query responses or by accessing your web account. To top up credits,

  1. Login to www.navfzone.com/login or
  2. Purchase a NAVFZone Service Pack and send the following SMS from any authorized phone to 97642794
    gx$ <space> <child number> <space> <service pack card number>
